SCC Staff Helps at Camp Bluebird

Providence Hospital Foundation’s Camp Bluebird hosted its Spring Session last week at Camp Grace in West Mobile. During this 3-day camp, adult campers enjoyed yoga, horses, arts and crafts, a 60’s themed dinner, and various support groups, all while surrounded by fellow cancer survivors. SCC’s Michelle Sanford, CRNP, spoke to campers about survivorship and life after cancer, while Aimee Hayes and Claudia Holmes from SCC’s billing department served as camp counselors.
